    Laser cutting

    Sheets of any material, in any shape and size, with the highest precision and perfect edge quality — thick or fine, 0.1 to 25 mm, entirely tool-free. That is how small batch sizes stay economical.

  2. 02 — BIEGEN

    Bending

    The press brake brings the workpiece into the right form. Radius and angle are set exactly to the part, not approximated.

  3. 03 — SCHWEISSEN

    Welding

    Temperature and welding speed have to be tailored to each other. Our welders have years of proven experience in steel and aluminium.

  4. 04 — MECHANISCHE BEARBEITUNG

    Mechanical processing

    Turning, milling, drilling and sawing — always tailor-made to the drawing. Precise, fast and economic.

  5. 05 — OBERFLÄCHENBEARBEITUNG

    Surface processing

    All surfaces are ground and deburred for an immaculate result. Sand and glass-bead blasting, coating, galvanising, phosphating and anodising are also possible.

  6. 06 — MONTAGE

    Assembly

    Simple, fast and safe assembly solutions. On request we build the matching assembly jigs for your series.
